ATBRU Search & Rescue are a life saving charity based in Worcestershire. We run a number of types of operations: Medical Mountain Bikes - Off Road Civil Contingency Emergency Response Crisis Support for Victims Community First Aid, Cycle Safety, Mountain Safety Courses Community Event Medical Cover Search & Rescue Cadet Scheme - For young people aged between 14 & 18. We are appealing for £2500 to help us to purchase a portacabin for our new station on the Malvern Hills. We have been kindly given use of the land by the Malvern Hills Conservators. The portacabin will be a place for training, welfare for our riders and casualties, and a place where our community training courses, and the cadets will be based. The station will be used as a community resource throughout the week, and throughout the year. With spirraling running costs for the team we have deemed it necessary to run this special appeal. We represent good value as for every £1 we receive £7 goes back into the community through training, operations, and community events.
